POZE As a child a yo= ung, Justin who would later take on the nickname Poze knew that he and musi= c would go hand in hand. Whether it was gathering the entire family into th= e living room to witness what he thought was the greatest move ever, an att= empt at replicating a dance move that he had seen which resulted in splitti= ng his head open on the coffee table all while proudly wearing the Michael = Jackson jacket that his mother had purchased for him or his new found love = for writing it was obvious music was what he wanted. Poze wrote for his own= purposes , from rhymes to raps to poetry, writing about his day to day exp= eriences as well his thoughts was what he thrived on. Realizing that he cou= ld incorporate his school work into rhymes which allowed him a form of memo= rization tool which Poze found to be of great help. Around the time of 6th = grade Poze was entering Poetry Contests and School Talent Shows in order to= showcase his writing abilities. He won several however one stands out in h= is mind to this day. A poem capturing something very much outside his typic= al topics he wrote a poem entitled “ How Life Would Be for a Bug.&rdq= uo; That poem would not only win him $500 but the honor of publication in a= Philadelphia Newspaper.

Although music was a part of him from day one, it would seem that in and= around the period of 6th grade was very much a defining time in his life, = from the poetry contests to his school’s music teacher Mr. Roberts wh= o would teach him everything from playing the trumpet, trombone, and dabbli= ng in the cello to truly teaching him and allowing him to understand, beats= , tempo, music bars, and notes. Mr. Roberts most definitely provided the kn= owledge of music and all its possibilities but also provided that positive = influence that Poze felt really gave him a perspective and outlook on life = and music. Poze walked away from that educational experience carrying with = him to this day that as he likes to put it, “I feel that music is dif= ferent expressions of art.”

Poze is currently working on a variety of new records and projects, want= ing each and everyone to be the best he can give fore he feels they are ext= ensions of who he is, often he says that he would be proud to work with any= one who shares what he shares in regards to his music and visions. To be es= tablished in music is one of his goals, in addition to something even more = important to him. For Poze it is his story, his words, his vision. Sharing = that vision with each and everyone that takes the time to hear his music, h= is story. He wants fans to know his music, remember those words that make-u= p pieces or chapters if you will, of his story, sing those lyrics from memo= ry as if they had been there. Sing his story, know his story, see his visio= n, feel his vision.
